Green Ant Events is a boutique events agency specialising in producing bespoke corporate and private creative events. We have recently opened our new office based in Westbourne Studios, Notting Hill and we are on the hunt for a new Business Development Manager to take charge of the companies ambitious growth plans.

This newly created active sales role will be in charge of bringing in new business within the organisation. This will include

* Prospecting and creating cold call strategies
* Creating and Booking in sales meeting with new clients
* Presenting company credentials
* Taking briefs for events
* Discussing the event with the directors, and delivering briefs.
* Guiding and overseeing the pitch process
* Ultimately hunting out and confirming new sales

This is a perfect opportunity for an ambitious sales/new business manager to shine.

You must be able to demonstrate previous experience in organising large events and parties.

 PA to Managing Director

Salary: 22-26K + benefits

Your job will be supporting a very busy managing director, the role is very varied with the role involving a mixture of PA duties for the MD's work and personal life, plus events co-ordination as required.

We are a fun, lively company and want someone bubbly and fun, while being super organised and able to help organise and nag our busy MD :-)

On a day to day basis, you will be dealing with telephone calls/ emails, plan travel and meetings. You will also be responsible for co-ordinating HR administration and office management as required.

The job will involve working on evenings and weekends as any events industry related jobs inevitably do.

Primary Job Responsibilities

PA duties to the Managing Director, for personal and business tasks
Research and manage travel
To manage diaries of the MD, and filter emails/ phone calls.
First point of contact for all incoming calls into the team
Answer enquiries/take messages on behalf of the team
Co-ordination of client meetings
Organising internal meetings/events
Manage office supplies
Support in preparation of presentations and materials for clients
General admin support – timesheets, expenses, appraisals, holidays etc
Dealing with enquires from clients to pass on
Events co-ordination duties (finding suppliers, research, event administration, being on-site during events)
